Account & deletion

You can delete your account, photos, and data permanently from inside the app: Profile → Account → Delete my account. You'll get a confirmation email; deletion executes seven days later. You can cancel within that window.

Reporting a safety concern

If you encounter a profile or message that violates our Community Guidelines, use the in-app report flow — every chat has a one-tap report button. We review within 24 hours. For urgent safety issues, email admin@mamahala.ca and include "urgent" in the subject.

Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Amanina is a web app, so paid plans are billed securely by Stripe on behalf of Mama Hala Consulting Group — directly in the app, never through an app store. Subscriptions renew automatically each period unless you cancel; manage or cancel anytime from inside the app, and your access runs to the end of any period you've already paid for.
